You can make the base of the mocktail ahead of time and then add the bubbly when it is time to serve making it great for holiday parties. You can even serve it in a champagne glass for new years celebrations! Whatever your reason for making it this is a great cranberry mocktail.

Equipment Needed
- Cocktail Shaker or Jar with a Lid: You’ll need this to mix and chill the ingredients. A simple mason jar works perfectly if you don’t have a cocktail shaker on hand.
- Strainer (if using a jar): This helps ensure the little ice chunks won't be in your drink.
- Glass: Choose your favorite glassware to serve this mocktail.

Kombucha in Mocktails
Let's address using kombucha in mocktails. Kombucha is not 100% free from alcohol.
Kombucha varieties found in most stores are going to contain trace amount of alcohol, all should be lower than 0.5% alcohol. Kombucha found at craft kombucha breweries and homemade might contain more.
With this knowledge I would like to address that this mocktail will not be for everyone. If you are avoiding any amount of alcohol for any reason this kombucha mocktail is not for you.

Instructions
In a shaker (or a jar with a lid), combine cranberry juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup along with a handful of ice. Shake it vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure everything is well-mixed and chilled.
Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
Next, add the apple-flavored kombucha. Feel free to adjust the amount based on your preference. If you like it more bubbly and apple-forward, add a little more than 2 ounces.
Give the drink a quick stir to gently mix in the kombucha without losing its fizz.
Garnish with a few fresh cranberries or some thinly sliced apple wedges for a festive finish. You could also add a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of fall flair.
