Made to be a batch cocktail this serves about 6 people and is easy enough to make two batches if you want to serve even more! This mocktail while delicious is also very easy and using simple ingredients. It doesn't stray far from a traditional agua fresca, but instead of using regular water this recipe uses coconut water that helps develop a more sweet flavor naturally! Which means it is also a great option to stay hydrated while while enjoying a delicious drink.

For the Strawberry Mocktail:
- Fresh Strawberries - Fresh strawberries are going to give you the best flavor.
- Coconut Water - Using coconut water is a great way to help give the drink more natural sweetness keeping the added sugars at a minimum.
- Lime - For fresh lime juice, avoid using bottled lime juice if possible.
- Agave Nectar - If you don't have agave nectar you can either leave it out or substitute if for a different sweetener.
- Watermelon Ice Cubes - Once you make a batch of these don't be afraid to use the for other drinks they are a perfect addition to a glass of water or iced tea!
For the Watermelon Ice Cubes:
- Watermelon - The watermelon will be blended down to make a watermelon juice before being added to ice cube trays and frozen.

Making the Watermelon Ice Cubes:
Prepare the Watermelon: Remove all the green skin and white edges from the watermelon. Roughly cut the watermelon into pieces that will fit into your blender.
Blend: Add the watermelon pieces to the blender and blend until smooth.
Freeze: Pour the blended watermelon into ice cube trays and transfer to the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely before using.
Making the Strawberry Mocktail:
Blend: Add the cleaned and hulled strawberries, coconut water, lime juice, and agave nectar to the blender. Blend until smooth.
